Chinese calendar pages, recycled wrapping paper and those magical threads went into this piece as I continued to explore mosaics and threads. This piece simply evolved as I was making it. 

Often pieces come to the front of my mind in finished form, and simply await my making them corporeal. At other times, as with this piece, its final form is unveiled as it is made: by how things fit together, by availability of materials, by their limitations, and by exploration and fooling around.

Materials: muslin, Chinese calendar pages, thread,
miscellaneous paper, batting, gel medium.
