CLASSES AT ITSA Studio
* One day classes are approximately 4 1/2 hours in length: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM * All classes take place at ITSA Studio in Sacramento, CA unless another location is specified * Class sizes are limited (usually 5-10 people depending on the class) * Attendance requires paid pre-registration * Complete information (location information, and payment options, etc.) will be sent via e-mail once you have pre-registered. *Curious what sorts of materials are required for the classes? Follow this link for the materials lists and fees for each class.
*** Most of the classes I currently teach are process/technique classes *** A process class is a class where you learn a technique, as opposed to a project class where you make an actual object
*** Interested in a class? I am changing the way classes are scheduled. If you see something you would like to take, get 2 or 3 friends together and get in touch with me to schedule a class --- it is that easy! Contact me with any questions and to register.

Thread Webs & Cording (process): Learn to create thread webs using old threads, yarns, strings, fabric scraps, and anything that can be stitched and be immersed in water. Using water soluble laundry bags, you will explore this fun and versatile technique. Finished webs can be used in wearable art, decor art, and other art pieces. You will also experiment with making cords on the sewing machine. This class requires a sewing machine capable of zigzag stitch, a universal foot (for straight stitching), and a darning foot. Your machine also should have feed dogs that can be dropped or otherwise covered up for free motion stitching and cord making.
When: See new scheduling information above.

You will take home one or more altered egos (perhaps one for each family member/friend... your interpretation of their alter ego--- surprise them/shock them).
